VibeCompass helps developers create, store, sync, and retrieve project memory for AI-assisted software development.

You are responsible for the repositories, project-memory files, prompts, and generated outputs you choose to submit, apply, commit, or publish.

Do not use VibeCompass to process data you are not allowed to share with your tools, your team, or configured AI providers.

You must keep your account, sync tokens, and API keys secure. API keys should be treated like passwords.

You may revoke API keys and disconnect integrations when you no longer want a tool or project to access VibeCompass.

We may suspend access if usage appears abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the service or other users.

AI-generated project memory can be incomplete or wrong. Review proposals, decisions, and documentation before relying on them.

For local-primary projects, hosted docs-review output is proposal material until you export, apply, and confirm it through your local source of truth.

You retain responsibility for code changes made by you or your AI coding tools after consuming VibeCompass context.

VibeCompass is provided as-is during early access and beta periods. Features may change as the product develops.

Local project-memory files and the MCP local read path are designed to keep working even when hosted services are unavailable, but hosted dashboards, sync, and AI review depend on external services.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Paid plans, when available, will be billed through Stripe. Plan limits, prices, and included usage will be shown before checkout.

You can cancel or manage paid subscriptions through the billing portal once billing is enabled.

Free beta access may change, but we will not charge you without an explicit checkout or billing authorization.
